We found that a lot of hot rod Mustang II cross members utilize mount spacing for Mustang II rack and pinions that mount via a center to center measurement of 16". Most aftermarket Mustang II rack and pinions are manufactured for a 15.5" center to center mount.
This bushing set allows you to install an aftermarket Mustang II style rack and pinion assembly on nearly any of the many Mustang II style cross members found in the hot rod world today.
If you are upgrading to a new power rack or even just replacing a worn out one - these bushings are a simple solution, to compliment any level of install or upgrade - saving you valuable time and money!
